What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information across pages or sessions — such as your cookie preferences themselves — so that the experience remains consistent.
Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the data they hold. They are widely used, and many basic website functions depend on them. You remain in control: your browser allows you to view, limit, or delete cookies at any time.
Cookies We Use
We place cookies in four categories. The toggle controls in Section 5 allow you to manage optional categories.
Third-Party Cookies
Where analytics and marketing cookies are active, the following services may set their own cookies on your device:
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and behaviour data; governed by Google's privacy policy
- Google Ads / Meta Pixel — advertising measurement; governed by Google's and Meta's respective policies
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing) — advertising measurement for Bing placements
We do not control the cookies placed by these services; their use is subject to their own terms. You may opt out directly through their respective privacy dashboards.
Cookie Duration
Cookies persist for varying lengths of time depending on their category:
| Category | Type | Typical Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Persistent | 12 months |
| Analytics | Persistent | 14 months |
| Marketing | Persistent | 90 days |
| Preferences | Persistent | 6 months |
| Session identifiers | Session | Deleted on browser close |
